Cancellation policy:
In
the unfortunate event of a class cancellation
refunds WILL NOT be given.
A makeup class of the same value will be
offered .
Refunds:
In
the event of a PSA class canceling due to lack
of participants a full refund will be given.
Any refunds will be credited to your Visa
or Mastercard.
If
notification of non-participation is given 8
days prior to an event 100% refund is given.
7 to 5 day notification of
non-participation will result in a 50% refund or
a full credit toward any PSA program for one
year.
With a 4 to "day of " notification
no refund will be given but, we will offer you a full credit toward any PSA
program for one full year.
Coaching:
PSA
reserves the right to use a different coach than
may be listed in our program guide.
Every effort will be made to use the
coaching staff listed in our program guide
however at times and with extenuating
circumstances a coaching change may need to be
made.
Refunds will not be given.
Waiver and Liability :
Participation will not be allowed in any PSA
program without a completed and signed waiver
form.
Registration and Payment:
As of
April 1st 2008 all registrations and payments
must be made via our website. To keep our
office cost down and for your convenience
payment is by credit card only.
